Professor Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi social entrepreneur, banker, economist, and civil society leader who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.

Professor Yunus has been an advocate of an innovative approach to social business; a model that combines the best business idea and modern technology with a focus on social outcomes. The result has been sustainable enterprises that are solving social and economic issues in many parts of the developing and developed world.

Duncan joined British registered Bank Mercury Provident (now known as Triodos Bank) in 1989 as CEO following a career in Accountancy in New Zealand. The bank specialised in making loans to organisations that were for community benefit as well as being financially viable. During the 5 years he was at the helm of this bank, the balance sheet grew over 600%.

Raymond currently oversees the Strategic Projects Department within Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. (NWTF), a microfinance institution based in Central Philippines. In that capacity, he is in-charge of leading the push for Social Enterprise and Social Business within the various internal projects.

Prometheus Siddiqui is an experienced general manager who is currently engaged
with Grameen Australia as Group Projects Director. As part of the senior management he heads stakeholder engagement, project management and advises on strategy. His current portfolio includes social businesses in Asia (Philippines and Cambodia). Prometheus sits in the board of Grameen Australia’s Singapore based subsidiary Dana Asia and has been working with Grameen family since 2012.

Shazeeb is the Founder of YY Goshti, a social business incubator based in Dhaka that helps young people launch their own social businesses with training, mentorship, office space and access to resources.
